The following is an interview on my blog I had going on myspace. Zulmara Cline asked me some neat questions, and this week I will be posting a full length interview with her, so stay posted!

ZC: How do you pay your muse?
JB:   Pay my muse? I must admit I've never heard of that before. If I could pay my muse and honestly afford to, they would get taken to a very nice restaraunt on top of whatever else their soul desired! LOL

ZC: How do you nurture your inner creative spirit?
JB: I keep my mind open, I am continiously dreaming up ideas! I also don't try to get burn out, but keep myself determined. There is a very fine line between the two but somehow I do manage it for the most part!

ZC: Who has inspired you most as a writer?
JB: I've had a lot of inspirations, both people and events. My fave suspense writers have inspired me the most to go to the genre I am now in. I used to write mysteries, and my man asked me today why I strayed from it. The answer came to me, and I never really realized it until that moment! Mysteries always seem to be about someone getting murdered, find the killer, or someone stealing something valuable, have to retrieve it, or both. In most suspense you manage to find that extra twist, that something that most mysteries seem to miss, a certain feeling you can't get from reading or writing a mystery. Mystery just bored me.

ZC: What do you want to be in your next life?
JB: I like the idea of that muse thing. I'd love to be that ghostly muse, that generates great ideas in the most depressed writer who has had enough. Give them the confidence to go on.
